2. Booking Types:
   • Transfer: One-way trip from pickup to drop-off location.
   • Standby: Trips requiring the driver and vehicle to wait, or involve multiple stops.
3. Payment: Payment must be made prior to the travel date. Accepted methods include bank transfer, credit card, Alipay, etc.
4. Booking Cancellation: Cancellations must be made before the travel date according to the company's terms, via email or phone.
5. Booking Changes: Changes must be made prior to the travel date according to the company's terms, via email or phone.
6. Liability: The company is not liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of our services, except in cases of company negligence.
7. Insurance: The company provides car insurance as required by law.
8. Complaints: If you have complaints about our service, please contact us via the email or phone number listed on our website.
9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
