Terms of Service

A booking is considered confirmed only after the company sends a confirmation email to the registered email address.

The maximum waiting time is 1 hour and 45 minutes after the flight has landed.
If the waiting time exceeds the scheduled time, additional charges may apply. Please contact our team for assistance.
If no notification is provided regarding a flight delay or change, the company reserves the right to charge the full service amount.

This applies to other pickup locations such as hotels, villas, piers, and other designated locations.
The maximum waiting time is 30 minutes.
If the waiting time exceeds the scheduled time and the customer still wishes to use the service, additional charges may apply depending on the location and vehicle type.
If the customer does not appear within 30 minutes, the company reserves the right to charge the full service amount.

Transfer: One-way trip from pickup to drop-off location.
Standby: Trips requiring the driver and vehicle to wait, or involve multiple stops.

Payment must be made prior to the travel date. Accepted methods include bank transfer, credit card, Alipay, etc.

Cancellations must be made before the travel date according to the company's terms, via email or phone.

Changes must be made prior to the travel date according to the company's terms, via email or phone.

The company is not liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of our services, except in cases of company negligence.

The company provides car insurance as required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
